Who you're talking to

Hi, I'm Dane.

It's home now, and I'm not going anywhere. I help my own grandparents with this exact stuff every week: passwords, scam calls, a phone that suddenly looks different after an update. Now I do it for the neighborhood too. No call center. No script. No stranger you hand your laptop to and never see again. Just me, your number in my phone, and a flat price you'll know before we start.

What this actually costs

Big-box and call-center tech support is built on confusing pricing, add-ons, and a service window that eats your whole day. Here's what the same jobs run, side by side.

Plain and simple

How it works

1

Call or text

Tell me what's going on, in your own words. No phone trees, no scripts.

2

Bring it by, or video call

Swing by during my weekly hours, have a family member drop it off, or leave it on the porch. I'll grab it and text you when it's ready. Prefer not to leave home at all? We can often sort it over video.

3

We fix it together

I fix what I can on the spot, and I'm honest if something needs a bigger repair.

What I won't do

Some promises, in writing

No annual contract you have to remember to cancel.

No quoting one price on the phone and a different one in person.

No transferring you to someone else or putting you on hold.

No selling you a repair you don't actually need.

No leaving until you understand what happened, in plain English.
